Identity and Access Management Consultant

We are hiring for Role: Identity and Access Management Consultant Location: Denmark (Jutland area) Clearance - NATO clearance would be great, but candidate will need to go through clearance Language requirement: English Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled professional to conduct comprehensive security assessments of clients' existing Identity and Access Management (IAM) infrastructure, processes, and controls. The successful candidate will develop and implement IAM strategies and roadmaps aligned with clients' business objectives and risk appetite, and identify gaps between current IAM capabilities and industry best practices. Essential Skills/Experience:

• Experience with installing, configuring and supporting Entrust PKI solutions, including prerequisites such as install and configure of VMWare VMs.
• Experience with installing, configuring and supporting Thales PKI solutions (CipherTrust).
• Experience with installing and configuring prerequisites such as VMWare VMs, Windows Servers and RHEL.

Desirable Skills/Experience:

• Experience with installing, configuring and supporting CyberArk.
• Experience with installing, configuring and supporting InfoBlox.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' existing IAM infrastructure, processes, and controls
• Develop comprehensive IAM strategies and roadmaps aligned with clients' business objectives and risk appetite
• Identify gaps between current IAM capabilities and industry best practices, and evaluate associated risks using NIST CSF V2.0
• Design high-level target IAM architecture, including components for Single Sign-On (SSO), Privileged Access Management (PAM), identity governance, and access management
• Develop a maturity matrix to assess the current maturity level of IAM practices and outline steps to achieve target maturity level

Technical Expertise

• Identity and access management technology solutions, including:

+ Digital identities + Multi-Factor Authentication, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Identity federation + Authorization, including Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC), and Just-In-Time (JIT) Authorization + Privileged Access Management (PAM) + Identity Lifecycle Management + Directory Services + Authentication and Authorization Mechanisms

• Ability to evaluate risks associated with identified gaps and develop strategies to mitigate them
• Knowledge of industry best practices and standards, including NIST CSF V2.0
