Reporting to the HR Director and as a member of the Division Leadership Team, you’ll work closely with leaders across the business to support both people and business priorities, while helping shape and strengthen the HR agenda across the division. About the role As HR Manager, you will lead and coordinate HR activities across the division, acting as a trusted partner to managers and leaders on a wide range of HR matters. Key responsibilities include: • Partnering with managers on leadership, organizational and people-related topics • Supporting workforce planning, organizational development and talent management • Managing employee relations, employment law matters and union dialogue • Leading and supporting organizational change initiatives • Driving performance management, salary review and compensation processes • Supporting recruitment, onboarding and offboarding activities • Promoting a strong culture, employee engagement and healthy work environment • Participating in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives The role supports operations across several Nordic countries, providing a broad and varied HR scope. Who are you? We believe you have several years of broad HR experience and that you enjoy working close to the business. You likely have: • A degree in HR, Business Administration or equivalent experience • Experience from an HR Business Partner, HR Manager or similar role • Strong knowledge of Swedish employment law and employee relations • Experience from supporting managers through organizational change and people matters • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Fluent Swedish and English, both written and spoken Experience from Nordic or international organizations is an advantage.
