Human Resources Executive

Job Description : Role : HR Location : Malmo, Sweden Contract: 2-3 Months (Onsite Working) This is regarding the HR Consultant/HR Intern role that we would like to place in Malmo. The primary objective of this role is to support the recruitment and onboarding process while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. Responsibilities

• Handhold candidates from the negotiation stage through onboarding.
• Resolve process-related, compliance-related, and onboarding queries during the candidates' initial weeks.
• Support candidate sourcing through personal and professional networks.
• Ensure a fast turnaround on candidate hiring and provide an excellent employee experience.
• Assist with HR administrative activities and onboarding coordination.
• Act as a point of contact for candidates and employees during the initial employment period.

Requirements

• Fluent spoken and written Swedish is mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of Swedish labor laws and employment regulations.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
• Prior HR, recruitment, onboarding, or employee relations experience is preferred.
• Well-organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

This role will play a key part in improving hiring efficiency, candidate engagement, and onboarding support for our Sweden operations.
