Job Title: HSE Manager Location: Stockholm Contract Length: 12 Months Rate: Competitive Start Date: ASAP Join a leading data centre operator in Sweden as our next HSE Manager, playing a key role in maintaining a safe, compliant, and sustainable critical infrastructure environment Requirements

• 5+ years' HSE experience within a data centre, critical infrastructure, industrial, or construction environment.
• Strong knowledge of Swedish health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Experience managing contractors and high-risk activities.
• Skilled in risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety audits.
• Familiarity with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.
• Right to work in the EU

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Conduct site safety inspections and audits.
• Review and approve risk assessments, method statements, and permits to work.
• Monitor contractor activities and ensure compliance with site safety requirements.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and implement corrective actions.
• Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness training.
• Track HSE performance metrics and compliance actions.
• Support environmental compliance, waste management, and sustainability initiatives.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness activities and drills.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Facilities teams to identify and mitigate risks.
• Promote a positive safety culture and drive continuous improvement across the data centre.
