HR & Talent Acquisition Intern

Want to help build something that lasts? At Embla Medical, we are looking for a proactive HR & Talent Acquisition Intern who wants to gain hands-on experience while contributing to two meaningful People projects for Embla's daughter company ForMotion Sweden. Are you passionate about Talent Acquisition, HR, and creating meaningful career opportunities for students and graduates? Would you like to support us develop an HR Playbook for company carve-ins and carve-outs resulting from regional tender management within the Swedish healthcare system? At Embla Medical, we are looking for an ambitious intern who wants to play an active role in these two programs. What will you work on? Help build our Internship Program Internships are an important way for us to connect with students and universities and build our future talent pipeline. In 2027, we want to move from individual internship opportunities towards a more structured and repeatable approach, starting in Sweden and with the ambition to expand across Europe. You will help us shape this programme by exploring best practices, building university and talent networks, and turning these insights into a practical framework for the future. Support HR projects and operations The aim is to create a playbook that gives the People organisation a structured starting point when future tender outcomes lead to organisational transitions. Working together with People colleagues and relevant internal stakeholders, you will help capture experience, organise knowledge and translate it into a practical and reusable HR framework. Who are we looking for?

• are studying HR, Business Administration, Organisation & Management or a related field;
• enjoy turning ideas into something practical and structured;
• are proactive, organised and comfortable taking ownership;
• enjoy working with different stakeholders and cultures; and
• communicate professionally in English and Swedish.
