Are you an experienced HR professional who thrives as a trusted partner to senior leaders while staying close to the full breadth of HR? We are looking for a HR Partner who can take ownership of the HR partnership and HR deliveries with selected Vice Presidents and their organisations from day one. The position offers a varied working day across the broad HR agenda, combining strategic and operational responsibilities with a strong focus on recruitment and employer branding. About The Role As an HR Partner, you will be the primary HR contact for selected Vice Presidents and their leadership teams. You will build trusted partnerships, understand the priorities and needs of the business and translate them into relevant people and organisational initiatives. Alongside your HR partner responsibilities, you will also be involved in operational HR tasks. Recruitment will be a central part of the role, and you will take end-to-end responsibility for recruitment processes across your areas. Employer branding will be a particular area of responsibility. You will help strengthen how DEIF presents itself as an employer, connect our culture and values with our recruitment activities and ensure a consistent and authentic candidate experience across channels and touchpoints. Your profile You bring solid experience from a broad HR role and can step into the partnership with leaders from the beginning. You may already work as an HR Partner, HR Business Partner or in a similar position where you combine leadership support with responsibility for operational and developmental HR activities.

Describe a situation in which you both supported and challenged a leader or leadership team. What was your contribution, how did you approach the dialogue and what was the outcome?
Describe your approach from clarifying the need and writing the job advertisement to selection and follow-up. What do you do to ensure quality, progress and a positive experience for both the hiring leader and the candidates?
Describe a situation where you aligned an HR initiative, process or decision with a business need or priority. What was the situation, what did you do, and what was the outcome?
