HR-internship

HR Intern at Marianco Marianco is a newly registered NGO at a very early stage. We are looking for an HR intern who would like to help us build our team, support team wellbeing and recruit volunteers. The internship is unpaid. No salary or other financial compensation is provided. About the role You will help write volunteer recruitment ads, stay in contact with applicants and coordinate onboarding for new volunteers. You will also contribute to staffing plans and check in on how the team is doing, helping us develop simple routines for working together. As Marianco has only just started, there is still plenty to build. This role suits someone who wants practical HR experience in a nonprofit organisation and is comfortable with changing ways of working and priorities. Who we are looking for You are studying HR, human resource management or a related field, or have equivalent interests and knowledge. You communicate clearly, keep tasks organised and treat people with respect. An interest in volunteer recruitment and team wellbeing is essential. The internship’s duration, weekly hours and start date will be agreed together before it begins. If the internship is part of your studies, the arrangement will need to be agreed with your university or college. Please note: This is an unpaid internship for a small and early stage NGO.
