We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our HR Shared Services team and support administrative HR processes across the EMEA region. What you will be doing

  • Employee Data Management: Processing, maintaining, and updating employee data and records in HR systems.
  • Employee Lifecycle Administration: Supporting employee lifecycle activities and preparing and validating HR documentation.
  • Data Accuracy & Compliance: Ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.
  • HR Support: Supporting HR-related inquiries from employees and stakeholders.
  • HR & Payroll Collaboration: Collaborating with HR and Payroll teams on administrative tasks.

What you need to succeed

  • Very good command of English (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Willingness to learn and develop in an HR environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.

What we consider a plus

  • Experience with employee data processing in Workday.
  • Very good command of French (written and spoken)
  • Previous administrative or HR support experience.
