HR Business Partner

TFS HealthScience is a global contract research organisation partnering with pharmaceutical and biotech companies to take new therapies through clinical development. Behind every study are people, and we are looking for an HR Business Partner who wants to make sure we have the right ones, in the right roles, ready for what comes next. The role As our HR Business Partner, you will work side by side with senior leaders as a trusted advisor, and you will have a real say in how our business grows. You see HR as a business lever: you understand what drives revenue, and you make sure our people decisions support it. You will also help shape how our HR team works going forward, using modern tools and AI to make HR faster, smarter and more valuable to the business. This role is based at our Lund office, so you will need to live in southern Sweden within commuting distance. What You Will Do

• Partner with leaders on organisational development and change
• Shape strategic talent management and workforce planning, so we have the right capabilities for tomorrow's business
• Advise leaders on people matters, from performance and conflict to restructuring
• Lead succession planning and business continuity
• Develop our leaders and help them grow their teams
• Handle employment law matters and work with unions and works councils
• Strengthen TFS as a place where great people want to work

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, advising senior leaders at a strategic level
• Academic degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
• Strong commercial acumen, ideally from a client facing or service based business
• Solid knowledge of Swedish employment law
• Fluent English and Swedish
• Based in southern Sweden, within commuting distance of our Lund office
• A genuine interest in using data, digital tools and AI in HR

Nice to have

• Experience from life science, pharma or a CRO
