HR Administrator šŸ“ Norway About The Role We are looking for a highly organised and proactive HR Administrator to support our growing operations in Norway. This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering excellent people and administrative support. Reporting to the CEO and Group HR Manager, the HR Administrator will provide day-to-day HR and administrative support across the business, ensuring employees receive a positive experience throughout their employment lifecycle. The successful candidate will play a key role in recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, compliance, and general office administration. Key Responsibilities HR Administration

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Prepare employment contracts, letters, and other HR documentation.
  • Support employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.
  • Ensure employee files are maintained in accordance with company policies and data protection requirements.

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including job advertisements, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support onboarding programmes and ensure all new starters are effectively integrated into the business.
  • Assist with workforce planning and talent acquisition activities.

Employee Support

  • Act as a first point of contact for employee HR queries.
  • Assist in promoting a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
  • Support employee development initiatives, training coordination, and performance review processes.
  • Provide administrative support for employee relations matters when required.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure HR processes comply with local employment legislation and company policies.
  • Maintain HR reporting and support audit requirements.
  • Assist with policy updates and communication of HR initiatives.
  • Support compliance activities relating to employment, training, and workforce documentation.

Office & Administrative Support

  • Support day-to-day office administration and coordination tasks.
  • Liaise with external suppliers, training providers, and service vendors.
  • Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and employee events.
  • Support general business administration activities as required.

What We're Looking For Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • HR qualifications or certifications are advantageous.

Experience

  • Minimum 2-4 years' experience in an HR administration, HR coordinator, or similar role.
  • Experience supporting recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and employee records management.
  • Experience working in construction, engineering, or project-based environments is advantageous.

Technical Skills

  • Good knowledge of HR administration processes and employment practices.
  • Experience working with HR systems and databases.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
