Then you might be our new volunteer HR Admin Associate at FLA Leadership! Your Role As our volunteer HR Admin Associate, you will support the day-to-day People & Culture administration at FLA Leadership. You will work closely with the Head of People & Culture and team leads across the organisation to ensure that our volunteer processes are structured, consistent and welcoming. Your work will help create a smooth volunteer experience from recruitment and onboarding through to role changes and offboarding, while supporting FLA’s continued growth. Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
You will collaborate with team leads and other teams across the organisation to ensure that people-related information, documentation and processes are kept up to date. Who are you? You are someone who enjoys creating structure and making sure things are followed through. You are organised, reliable and comfortable handling administrative tasks where accuracy and communication matter. You enjoy working with different people and supporting others behind the scenes. You take ownership of your tasks, communicate clearly and appreciate well-organised processes – especially when other people depend on them. You may have studied or worked within HR, Business, Administration, Psychology, Communication, Technical or a related field, but this is not a requirement. What matters most is your motivation to gain hands-on HR experience, your attention to detail and your willingness to contribute to FLA Leadership. We welcome applications from both students and professionals. Time Commitment Approximately 5-10 hours per week, depending on recruitment activity. The Team You will join our local People & Culture team, where we focus on creating a positive volunteer experience and supporting the organisation through clear and effective people processes. In this role, you will work closely with the Head of People & Culture and collaborate with team leads across FLA. Together, we help ensure that our volunteers feel welcomed, informed and supported throughout their time in the organisation.
