We are now looking for Housekeeping Team Leader- Trainee to Oulu

What does your workday look like?

As a Housekeeping Team Leader Trainee, you will learn the key responsibilities involved in ensuring our cleaning services meet the highest standards. You will support the Housekeeping team and develop your leadership skills. During the trainee period, you will also learn how to ensure the safe and efficient use of cleaning equipment through regular inspections and maintenance. In addition, you will gain experience in ensuring that customer expectations are met and that daily operations run smoothly.

You will succeed in your job if you have:

• Experience in housekeeping and team leadership

• A reliable, dedicated and detail-oriented approach to work

• Good organizational and interaction skills

• Ability to lead and motivate a team

• Fluent English or Finnish language skills, other language skills are a plus

• Location Oulu

• Hourly wage 13.22 € / hour

• Working hours 10 hours per week

• Working hours are from Monday to Sunday between 08:00 am to 6:00 pm

• Fair employer – we comply with collective agreement for workers in the property services sector
