What you'll do

We Are Looking for Several Housekeepers in Kuopio

Are you interested in working in an international and people-oriented environment that offers opportunities to learn, develop, and grow? We would love to have you on our team!

N-Clean was recognized as Finland's most people-oriented workplace in the HUMAN POWER 2024 competition. This prestigious award reflects our values: trust, appreciation, and commitment to shared goals. We are now looking for new team members who share our values and want to be part of a responsible and people-focused work community.

Your place of work at the beginning of your employment will be a hotel, where work is carried out from Monday to Sunday, primarily during morning shifts. In this role, you will work at our customer site and be responsible for the cleanliness of hotel rooms as well as other customer service tasks related to cleaning services. You will work responsibly, follow safety and quality standards, and take care of your work environment. At N-Clean, we work responsibly as part of a reliable team.

We offer a permanent part-time employment contract of 5 to 30 hours per week. Work will begin as soon as possible once a suitable candidate is found, or no later than December 1, 2026. Salary is determined in accordance with the Collective Agreement for Property Services Employees and depends on your duties. The trainee salary is €11.33/hour, after which the salary ranges from €12.59/hour to €13.22/hour depending on the position. In addition, we offer a responsible employer that ensures fair employment conditions, a safe working environment, and employee well-being.

Success in this role requires a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work as a reliable and conscientious team player. We also expect a desire to contribute to an equal and respectful work community. A customer-oriented approach and the ability to create a positive atmosphere in the workplace are important qualities. We are committed to fair working conditions, safety, and employee well-being. Previous experience in the cleaning services industry is required, and relevant education in the field is considered an advantage.

A strong command of Finnish is not required if your English skills are fluent. In this case, basic Finnish language skills are sufficient. We value a diverse work community where different language and cultural backgrounds are seen as a strength. If you are not a Finnish citizen, you must already hold a valid work permit when applying for this position.

Equality and Responsibility

Every employee is important to us. We treat everyone equally and with respect regardless of their background, and we do not tolerate discrimination in any form. We operate responsibly and transparently while ensuring a safe and supportive work community.

Submit Your Application as Soon as Possible, but No Later Than September 21, 2026
