What you'll do

We Are Looking for Housekeepers for the Rovaniemi Winter Season 2026-2027!

We are looking for enthusiastic seasonal employees for a variety of accommodation and commercial properties in Rovaniemi! How does working in an international environment as part of an energetic and supportive team sound to you?

At N-Clean, everyone is responsible for their own work and for our shared success, and we support one another even during busy periods.

Housekeeper

As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of hotel rooms, apartments, cabins, and igloos. Through your work, you will ensure a high-quality guest experience and directly contribute to customer satisfaction with your attention to detail. During the winter season, working hours vary depending on the property. Shifts are primarily morning shifts ending in the afternoon, with some evening shifts available for a limited number of employees. Work is scheduled on both weekdays and weekends. In this role, you will perform meaningful and visible work that directly impacts guests everyday comfort, holiday experiences, and overall satisfaction. You play an important role in creating a successful customer experience.

Your workday follows a planned task list, and while you are responsible for your own tasks, success is achieved together with the team.

The role highlights initiative, planning, efficiency, and adherence to agreed schedules. Quality, safety, and friendly customer service are an important part of everyday work. Completing tasks carefully in accordance with quality and safety guidelines, along with maintaining a positive service attitude, is essential. You enjoy a fast-paced work environment, customer service, and adapting smoothly to changing situations.

Cleaner

As a Cleaner, you will ensure the cleanliness and comfort of our customers facilities. Through your work, you are responsible for maintaining quality and customer satisfaction. Your workplaces may include stores, offices, care homes, schools, shopping centres, and similar facilities.

Your work may be carried out entirely at one location, or you may work at several different sites during the day. Work is available on weekdays and weekends, and shifts vary depending on the location, including early mornings, mornings, daytime, and evening shifts. Some locations are situated in different parts of Rovaniemi, so a driving licence and access to a car are considered an advantage.

This role offers meaningful and visible work that has a direct impact on customers everyday comfort and satisfaction. The work is varied, independent, and responsible, but you will never be left on your own. You will receive comprehensive onboarding at the beginning of your employment and support whenever needed throughout your employment. Your workday follows a planned work schedule, and you are responsible for ensuring your tasks are completed efficiently. The role emphasizes planning your own work, taking initiative, working efficiently, and meeting agreed schedules. Performing tasks carefully according to quality and safety standards, together with a friendly customer service attitude, is an essential part of everyday work. You enjoy independent work, problem-solving, and taking responsibility.

What We Offer You

  • A fixed-term part-time employment contract (10-30 hours per week) between October and March
  • Varied working hours including morning and evening shifts
  • Comprehensive onboarding through our renewed Onboarding Path and N-Clean Academy. Previous experience in the industry is not required, although it may help you get started more quickly
  • An opportunity to continue working with us after the season ends
  • Salary according to the Collective Agreement for the Property Services Sector, €11.33-13.88/hour depending on your duties
  • A genuinely caring work community and support from supervisors For us, seasonal work is more than just a job. It is an opportunity to learn new skills, gain valuable work experience, and be part of a community where every contribution is noticed and appreciated.

What We Expect from You

  • You have a positive attitude and approach work with enthusiasm and curiosity. You are willing to learn, perform your work carefully and with quality, and follow agreed schedules.
  • You work proactively and with a solution-oriented mindset, and you are able to handle situations independently. Physical work and varied workdays do not intimidate you. Instead, you enjoy active, hands-on work.
  • You have a customer service mindset, are flexible, and act according to our values in everyday work. Reliability and a responsible way of working are reflected in how you carry out your duties.
  • You work well as part of a team but are also comfortable working independently in your own area of responsibility. The role requires Finnish and/or English language skills.
  • Language skills: you speak either Finnish or English.
  • A driving licence and access to a car are considered an advantage, but are not essential, especially for hotel positions.
  • Please note that if you are not a Finnish citizen, you must have a valid work permit allowing you to work in Finland.

For us, the most important qualities are the right attitude and a genuine willingness to perform work carefully, on time, and in line with our values. We learn together and support one another so that everyone can succeed in their role. You enjoy physical work, take responsibility for your own tasks, complete your duties with quality and on schedule, and appreciate working independently while managing your own responsibilities.
