We are looking for hotel housekeepers in Hämeenlinna
Are you interested in working in an international and people-oriented environment where opportunities to develop and grow are offered? We want you to join our team! N-Clean was selected as the most people-oriented workplace in the HUMAN POWER 2024 competition. This respected recognition reflects our values: trust, appreciation and commitment to shared goals. We are now looking for a new team member who shares our values and wants to be part of our responsible and people-oriented working community. At the beginning of your employment, your workplace will be a hotel, where work is carried out from Monday to Sunday, mainly in morning shifts. You may also work at commercial premises when necessary. In this role, you will work at our customer site and be responsible for the cleanliness of hotel rooms as well as other customer service tasks related to cleaning services. You will work responsibly and follow safety and quality practices in your work, as well as take care of your working environment. At N-Clean, work is carried out responsibly as part of a reliable team.
We offer you a fixed-term and part-time employment contract, 20 hours per week. The employment will start on a mutually agreed date and will end on 30 September 2026. The salary is determined in accordance with the collective agreement for employees in the property services sector and depends on your work duties. The training salary is €11.33/hour, after which the salary is €12.59/hour–€13.22/hour depending on the position. In addition, we offer you a responsible employer that takes care of fair employment conditions, a safe working environment and employee wellbeing.
To succeed in this position, you need a positive attitude, a willingness to learn new things and the ability to work as a reliable and careful team player, as well as a desire to be part of an equal and respectful working community. A customer-friendly approach to work and the ability to create a positive atmosphere in the working community are important qualities. We take care of fair employment conditions, safety and employee wellbeing.
The work does not require good Finnish language skills if your English skills are fluent; in this case, basic Finnish skills are sufficient. We value a diverse working community where different language and cultural backgrounds are strengths. If you are not a Finnish citizen, you must have a valid work permit already when applying for the position.
