At the beginning of the employment, your workplace will be a hotel where shifts are worked on Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays, mainly in morning shifts. In this role, you will work at our customer site and be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of hotel rooms as well as carrying out other customer service tasks related to cleaning services. You will work responsibly, following safety and quality procedures, and take care of your work environment. At N-Clean, we work responsibly as part of a reliable team.

We offer a permanent, part-time employment contract with 5 working hours per week. The start date will be agreed upon separately. Salary is determined in accordance with the Collective Agreement for Property Service Employees and depends on your duties. The trainee wage is €11.33/hour, after which the hourly wage is €12.59-€13.22/hour, depending on the role. To succeed in this position, you should have previous experience in the field, a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work as a reliable and careful team player. You should also be committed to contributing to an equal and respectful workplace. Good Finnish language skills are not required if you have fluent English skills. In that case, basic Finnish language skills are sufficient.
