We are looking for Housekeepers and Cleaners in Pori
Are you interested in working in an international and people-oriented environment that offers opportunities to develop and grow? We would love to have you on our team!
N-Clean was awarded the title of the Most Human-Centered Workplace in the HUMAN POWER 2024 competition. This prestigious recognition reflects our values: trust, appreciation, and commitment to shared goals. We are now looking for a new team member who shares our values and wants to be part of a responsible and people-oriented work community.
At the beginning of your employment, your workplace will be either at office and commercial premises and/or in a hotel, where work is carried out from Monday to Sunday, mainly in the early mornings starting at 6:00 a.m. and during morning shifts. In this role, you will work at our customer sites and be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of hotel rooms as well as carrying out other customer service tasks related to cleaning services. You will work responsibly, following safety and quality procedures, while taking care of your work environment. At N-Clean, work is carried out responsibly as part of a reliable team.
We offer a permanent part-time employment contract of 5-15 hours per week. The employment will begin at a mutually agreed time. Your salary will be based on the Collective Agreement for the Property Services Sector and will depend on your work duties. The trainee salary is €11.33/hour, after which the salary ranges from €12.59/hour to €13.22/hour depending on the position. In addition, we offer the opportunity to work for a responsible employer who is committed to fair employment conditions, a safe working environment, and employee well-being.
To succeed in this role, you should have a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work as a reliable and careful team player. You should also be willing to contribute to an equal and respectful workplace. A customer-oriented approach and the ability to create a positive atmosphere within the work community are important qualities. We are committed to fair working conditions, safety, and employee well-being. Previous work experience is required for this position, and for cleaning work at office and commercial premises, a valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required.
The position does not require strong Finnish language skills. If you are fluent in English, basic Finnish language skills are sufficient. We value a diverse work community where different language and cultural backgrounds are seen as strengths. If you are not a Finnish citizen, you must already have a valid work permit when applying for the position.

Every employee is important to us. We treat everyone equally and respectfully regardless of their background, and we do not tolerate discrimination in any form. We operate responsibly and transparently and are committed to maintaining a safe and supportive work community.
