Role Description The Hotel Management Worker role is a contract, on-site position based in Denmark. The role involves supporting daily hotel operations, including coordinating front desk activities, assisting with guest check-in and check-out, and helping ensure a high standard of customer service throughout the property. Responsibilities may include handling reservations, assisting with food and beverage service, supporting basic administrative tasks, and coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance to maintain smooth operations. The Hotel Management Worker will also help monitor costs, support sales initiatives such as upselling services, and contribute to creating a welcoming and efficient environment for guests. Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
  • Experience with Receptionist Duties, such as managing check-in/check-out, reservations, and front desk communication.
  • Basic knowledge of Budgeting and understanding of hotel cost control and revenue awareness.
  • Familiarity with Sales and upselling hotel services, packages, or amenities.
  • Experience in Food & Beverage service or coordination within a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language abilities are an advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site in Denmark, adapt to local work practices, and collaborate with a diverse team.
  • Prior experience in hotel, resort, or hospitality operations is preferred.
  • Relevant vocational training or certification in hotel management, hospitality, or a related field is beneficial.
