Health And Safety Coordinator

HSE Coordinator Location: Esbjerg, Denmark Salary: DKK 600,000–750,000 We are looking for HSE Coordinators to join a major construction project in Esbjerg, Denmark Working as part of an established project team, you will provide day to day Health and Safety support across a busy, technically demanding construction environment. The role will involve spending significant time on site, working closely with contractors and project teams to maintain high standards throughout delivery. Previous data centre experience isn't essential. We are interested in people who have developed strong site based Health and Safety experience within construction, infrastructure, energy, industrial, engineering or another high risk environment. The Key Responsibilities of the HSE Coordinator:

• Provide day to day Health and Safety support across the project
• Carry out regular site inspections, audits and safety observations
• Work closely with contractors and project teams to maintain safe working practices
• Review and support risk assessments, method statements and permit processes
• Support incident reporting, investigations and corrective actions
• Deliver and support inductions, toolbox talks and site safety initiatives
• Monitor contractor compliance and follow up actions
• Help drive a positive and proactive Health and Safety culture across the project

The HSE Coordinator will have:

• 3+ years of Health and Safety experience
• Experience within construction, infrastructure, energy, industrial, engineering or another high risk sector
• A recognised Health and Safety qualification
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with contractors and site teams
• A practical, hands on approach to Health and Safety
• The ability to work effectively within a fast paced project environment
• The right to work in Denmark, ideally a Danish National.
