As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Head of Strategic Accounts to lead our most important client partnerships and guide a team of talented Strategic Account Managers, Programme Leads and Project Leads. This is a highly visible leadership role where you'll help shape FAIRTIQ's commercial success, strengthen long-term partnerships with transport authorities and operators, and influence the future direction of our products. Your mission As Head of Strategic Accounts, you are responsible for the success of FAIRTIQ's most strategic clients. You develop long-term account strategies, oversee the execution and delivery of that strategy, oversee the execution and delivery of that strategy, build trusted executive relationships, and ensure that our partnerships create value for both our clients and FAIRTIQ. You lead a team of Strategic Account Managers and Project Leads enabling them to deliver exceptional results while fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Together with colleagues across Product, Tech, Operations and Finance, you ensure that client needs, market opportunities and FAIRTIQ's strategic priorities are aligned. What you'll do Lead our strategic account portfolio

  • Define and drive the long-term strategy for FAIRTIQ's most important accounts
  • Build trusted relationships with senior executives, transport authorities, operators, and other key stakeholders
  • Identify and drive and drive growth opportunities, expansion initiatives, and long-term value creation within existing partnerships
  • Act as FAIRTIQ's executive representative towards strategic clients and industry stakeholders
  • Represent FAIRTIQ at conferences, customer events and industry forums

Drive commercial success

  • Own revenue growth, retention, profitability, and customer satisfaction across strategic accounts
  • Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and long-term account planning
  • Monitor account performance and proactively manage risks and opportunities
  • Ensure clear reporting and transparency for internal stakeholders and leadership

Lead and develop a high-performing team

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of Strategic Account Managers and Project Leads that deliver on complex technology projects
  • Create clarity around priorities, responsibilities, and ways of working
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning
  • Support the team in navigating complex customer situations and act as an escalation point when needed

Connect clients, products and strategy

  • Collaborate closely with Product, Tech, Operations, Finance and Sales teams
  • Ensure client roadmaps are aligned with FAIRTIQ's product strategy and long-term vision
  • Bring market insights and customer needs into product development and strategic decision-making
  • Support marketing, communication and business development activities through customer success stories and strategic initiatives

What you'll bring

  • Several years of experience in strategic account management, key account leadership, customer success, consulting, business development, or a related field
  • Proven experience managing complex enterprise or public-sector customer relationships at executive level
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving growth and long-term customer value
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Comfortable navigating complex organisations and managing multiple priorities
  • Based in Denmark, Switzerland, Germany, or France, with flexibility to travel regularly across FAIRTIQ’s key markets
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
