Head of Service – Wind Energy Location: Denmark Sector: Wind Energy / Technical Services We are looking to connect with senior wind industry professionals for a potential leadership opportunity within an established and growing international service organisation. The position would take responsibility for leading service delivery across multiple wind projects, with a strong focus on operational performance, customer satisfaction, team leadership and continued business growth. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop wind service operations across multiple projects
• Manage and support operational and project management teams
• Ensure effective mobilisation and allocation of technicians and resources
• Oversee planned and corrective maintenance activities
• Maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry partners
• Take responsibility for operational performance, budgets and project profitability
• Work closely with commercial teams on tenders and new opportunities
• Develop scalable processes to support continued international growth
• Ensure consistently high standards across HSEQ, quality and project delivery

Your Background

• Significant experience within wind energy service and maintenance
• Strong operational or project leadership experience
• Experience managing service teams in an international environment
• Knowledge of both onshore and/or offshore wind operations
• Strong commercial and customer-facing capabilities
• Experience managing budgets, resources and project performance
• A practical, hands-on leadership approach
• Fluent English
