Head of Revenue Enablement

About the role We’re looking for an Interim Head of Enablement to cover a period of leave, December 2026 - October 2027, at Voyado. You’ll keep our enablement plan moving, support onboarding, and work closely with our revenue managers to help their teams succeed. This is a hands-on role for someone who can connect strategy with delivery. You’re equally comfortable advising a Sales Director, coaching an enablement colleague, and running a session yourself. Some of the things you'll be up to

• Translate company priorities and input from revenue managers into a clear, coordinated plans. You’ll look ahead with managers, agree on priorities, and keep delivery on track.
• Coach the Revenue Enablement Manager to continually evolve our onboarding program for new commercial team members to ensure fast ramp-up and long-term success
• Create and deliver training programs tailored to team needs (e.g., industry insights, product knowledge, sales methodology, ROI discussions).
• Work with Revenue Leadership to evolve and embed our home-grown sales methodology while also integrating best practices from others such as MEDDPICC, Command of the Message etc.
• Use Gong and Salesforce data to identify where teams need support. Then you’ll turn those findings into practical improvements through enablement sprints, playbook updates, and feedback
• Coach the Revenue Enablement Manager to continually evolve product proficiency programs, from preparing teams for new releases before they launch, to running targeted initiatives that build fluency in selling a multi-product portfolio.

So, who are you? You are a forward-moving individual who loves building processes and strategies but equally enjoys diving into the details and getting things done. You are commercially driven, results-oriented, and thrive on creating impact through collaboration and independent initiative. You aren’t afraid to challenge the status quo and are confident in questioning existing ways of working to drive continuous improvement. Besides the personal abilities above, you probably have:

• Solid experience of being part of a Revenue Enablement function in a SaaS company
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
• Strong project management experience, from planning to execution
• An analytical mindset with the ability to question KPIs and pipeline health
• Proven leadership skills, with potential to step into people management over two revenue enablement managers
• Deep knowledge of MEDDPICC and modern sales methodologies and best practices
• Fluency in English
