Head of Prosumer Nordics

We're now looking for a Head of Prosumer Business – Nordics to lead and grow our EV Charging and Battery Energy Storage business across Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. This is a unique opportunity to lead a high-growth business, shape strategy, influence key market players, and strengthen Schneider Electric's position at the center of the Nordic energy transition. Your Mission As Head of Prosumer Business – Nordics, you will define and execute the Nordic growth strategy for Schneider Electric's portfolio of EV Charging, Charging Systems, Battery Energy Storage and related Energy Management solutions. You will lead an international team while working closely with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to accelerate growth, strengthen market position, and deliver sustainable business results across the Nordic region. What Will You Do? Drive Growth Across the Nordic Market Define and execute the Nordic strategy for EV Charging, Charging Systems and Battery Energy Storage, with accountability for orders, sales, profitability, market share, pipeline development and growth across priority markets and segments. Build Strategic Customer and Partner Relationships Develop executive relationships across the Nordic eMobility ecosystem, including CPOs, utilities, fleet and depot operators, EPCs, contractors, distributors, system integrators and commercial customers, while leading strategic bids, tenders, negotiations and partnerships. Expand Schneider Electric's Position in EV Charging & Energy Storage Accelerate the adoption of AC/DC charging, smart charging, fleet charging, energy management and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), delivering integrated solutions that create customer value and drive market growth. Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team Lead, coach and develop a diverse Nordic team, building capabilities in consultative selling, solution expertise and strategic account management while fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration and customer focus. What Will Help You Succeed?

• Proven leadership experience in sales, business development or general management, with a track record of driving growth and leading teams across multiple countries.
• Strong experience within EV Charging, eMobility, Battery Energy Storage, Energy Management or related electrical infrastructure markets.
• Experience working with key ecosystem players such as CPOs, utilities, fleets, EPCs, contractors, distributors or system integrators.
• A strong commercial mindset, with experience in strategic account management, solution sales and business development.
• Fluency in English and willingness to travel across the Nordic region. A Nordic language is an advantage.
