Do you want to own an agenda end-to-end, from designing the process to seeing it run? NORTH is looking for a Head of People Development to own how our consultants grow across a career with us, and to build the NORTH Academy that supports it. Your responsibilities You own NORTH’s People Development agenda. Short term, focus on building the NORTH Academy and ensuring our core talent development processes run smoothly. Longer term, you define and continuously improve processes that hold a consulting career together at NORTH — career paths, talent development, feedback, and knowledge sharing. The role does not contain marketing, recruiting, or HR administration responsibilities. The role consists of: Running and maturing NORTH’s talent development practice
Drive the evolvement of the NORTH Academy

You will report directly to Patrycia Kragh, Associate Partner. Your skills and experience To excel in this role, you should be ambitious and driven to make NORTH’s talent development iconic. You’re not afraid to challenge conventional approaches and take a directive stance in advancing talent development from essential to exceptional. You are a structured and conceptual thinker who is equally comfortable designing a framework and chasing the last 10% to get it live. You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and are able to deliver impactful outcomes. You are an orchestrator who can leverage our consultants' untapped knowledge and resources. As a team player, you enjoy empowering others to shine and are not hesitant to involve others in reaching ambitious goals. We prefer you to have the following qualifications:
