Swedbank Pay is looking for a Head of Operational Risk & Resilience to be responsible for leading first‑line Operational Risk Management, Business Continuity Management (BCM), Crisis Management (CMT), Internal Control, Enterprise Process Governance, and oversight of regulatory reporting. This is a role for someone who wants to influence how an entire organisation thinks about risk and resilience, safeguard essential services and reputation, and turn regulatory demands into a strategic advantage.
