Head of Marketing – Sweden Areas of responsibility/job description: Marketing Strategy & Leadership

• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for Sweden, aligned with regional and global objectives.
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales conversion.
• Identify market opportunities, customer insights, and competitive positioning within the Nordic EV landscape.
• Manage the local marketing budget and ensure optimal ROI across channels.

Brand & Campaign Management

• Plan and execute 360° marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, events, and retail marketing.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints.
• Adapt global campaigns for local market relevance.

Digital & Performance Marketing

• Oversee digital marketing channels including paid media, SEO/SEM, social media, and CRM campaigns.
• Track and optimize marketing performance using data-driven insights and KPIs.
• Work with digital agencies to improve lead generation and customer conversion.

Events & Partnerships

• Lead the planning and execution of vehicle launches, brand activations, and test drive events.
• Develop strategic partnerships with key industry stakeholders, media, and influencers.
• Represent the brand at industry events and EV-related initiatives.

Team Leadership

• Build and lead a high-performing local marketing team.
• Manage relationships with agencies and external marketing partners.
• Foster strong collaboration with Sales, Retail Operations, and HQ marketing teams.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of marketing experience, preferably in automotive, EV, mobility, or consumer technology industries.
• Proven experience managing multi-channel marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Strong understanding of Nordic markets, especially Sweden.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and external agencies.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish.
