Job Description Build the future of LEGOLAND and LEGO Discovery Centres. The recent acquisition of LEGO and LEGOLAND Discovery Centres into the LEGO Group creates a unique opportunity to shape the future of a global attraction business at a pivotal moment in its journey. As Head of LEGO Discovery Operations, you will lead a network of 29 LEGO and LEGOLAND Discovery Centres across North America, Europe and Asia, partnering with a passionate team to strengthen performance, elevate guest experiences and build strong operational foundations that will support the business for years to come. This role is about getting the fundamentals right creating consistency, building capability, raising standards and ensuring every attraction delivers an exceptional LEGO experience for families. By doing so, you will help create the platform for sustainable future growth.
