Location: Taastrup, Denmark Employment Type: Full time, onsite About Le Creuset At Le Creuset, every dish begins with a story - and every story begins with people. Since 1925, we’ve brought generations together around the table, transforming everyday meals into cherished memories. Our legacy is built on colour, craft, and a deep passion for innovation - shaped as much by our iconic products as by the people who bring them to life. We’re not just creating cookware; we’re creating moments that last a lifetime. If you’re inspired by heritage, driven by creativity, and ready to shape the future of the kitchen, we’d love to welcome you into our story. The Recipe for Success: Role Summary Are you passionate about building strong partnerships, creating commercial growth and leading high-performing teams? As Head of Key Partners, you will play a key role in shaping Le Creuset’s continued success across the Nordic region. You will lead and develop our most important retail partnerships, unlock new business opportunities and inspire your team to deliver an exceptional brand experience. This is an influential Nordic leadership role combining strategic account management, commercial development, people leadership and hands-on execution. You will have the opportunity to make a visible impact on our business while representing a globally recognised premium brand Ingredients: Key Responsibilities - Grow sales and profitability across our most important Nordic partnerships. - Build annual growth plans with each key partner and turn them into measurable results. - Lead commercial negotiations and secure agreements that create value for both Le Creuset and our partners. - Own budgets, forecasts and performance, responding quickly when results deviate from plan. - Ensure timely and high-quality execution of launches, campaigns and in-store activities. - Develop a high-performing team through clear objectives, regular coaching and accountable follow-up. The Perfect Blend: What We’re Looking For - 3–5 years’ experience in a senior commercial, Key Account or Partner Management role. - A strong track record in account growth, commercial negotiations and profitable sales. - Experience working with premium retailers, department stores or concession and consignment partners. - Proven people leadership experience, ideally involving field-based or in-store teams. - Fluency in Danish and English, a valid driving licence and availability to travel approximately 30–40 days per year. - Nordic retail experience and an established partner network are strong advantages. How you work: You are commercially ambitious, proactive and energised by turning opportunities into results. You build trust quickly, communicate confidently and know how to balance partner needs with clear business objectives. Strategic when setting direction and hands-on when bringing plans to life, you thrive in an environment where collaboration, strong relationships and excellent execution create lasting success. Why Join Our Table? At Le Creuset, you will find your seat at our table, which is as colourful as our cookware and rich in history. Our table is grounded in our values: Passion, Integrity, Excellence, Innovation and Teamwork. Every talent will add flavor. Every idea brings colour. And every day is a chance to create something that lasts. With the passion you bring, you become part of a timeless legacy, one that brings people together around food, stories, and meaningful shared moments. Diversity and Inclusion Statement We welcome applications from all qualified candidates, regardless of gender, age, disability, sexual orientation, religion or belief, marital or civil partnership status, race, ethnic or national origin.
