Head of Investments & Chief of Staff

📍 London, Copenhagen or Dubai (hybrid) 🤝 Reports directly to the principal 💬 Danish fluency preferred 🗓️ Immediate Start About the Company Greywell Ventures is a principal-led single family office with interests across Denmark, the United Kingdom, the UAE and South Africa. Our portfolio spans luxury hotels and estates, leisure, operating-company shareholdings and public-market investments. We are entering a period of significant transaction activity and are hiring a senior leader to drive it. About the Role The Chief of Staff & Head of Investments is the principal's senior right hand. You lead our transactions, oversee the commercialisation of our hotel and estate investments, own our banking and holding structure, and run the principal's priorities and the family office team. You report directly to the principal and manage a small team from day one. Key Responsibilities Transactions

• Lead complex transactions from the principal's side, including listed-company M&A: workplan, valuation, financing structure and execution
• Direct and hold accountable investment banks, lawyers, tax advisers and auditors
• Represent the principal in adviser and counterparty meetings

Hotel and estate investments

• Write and own the investment thesis and business plan for each asset
• Oversee commercialisation through operators and general managers: revenue strategy, pricing and distribution, occupancy, ADR and RevPAR, F&B, staffing and guest experience
• Run monthly performance reviews against budget and hold management to account
• Negotiate and manage hotel management, operator and partner agreements
• Gate capital expenditure against the investment case

Banking, financing and structure

• Map and rationalise the group's holding structure with tax and legal advisers
• Lead lender and private banking relationships, from term sheets to covenants
• Run liquidity planning for the principal and the family office
• Represent the principal as a shareholder in operating-company holdings

Communications

• Act as spokesperson on our investments with media, partners, lenders and local stakeholders
• Present investment cases to co-investors, lenders and boards

Chief of Staff

• Run the principal's priorities, weekly operating rhythm and decision follow-through
• Prepare briefings for key meetings and board sessions
• Lead and develop the family office team

What You Bring

• 8–12 years in investment banking, private equity or principal investing, at VP or Director level
• Hands-on execution of listed-company M&A, ideally a public-to-private
• Operational understanding of hotels: P&L drivers, revenue management, operator agreements and GM performance management
• Strong modelling, valuation and debt structuring skills
• Experience leading a team
• Confidence and credibility as a spokesperson with media, investors and public stakeholders
• Absolute discretion and the judgement to work directly for a principal

Strong advantages: Danish language, hotel asset management or operations experience, prior family office or Chief of Staff role, and exposure to South Africa or the UAE. What We Offer
