Type: Full-time About Nordic Health Group Nordic Health Group is Europe's largest network of dedicated vein clinics - 60+ clinics across five countries, with clear ambitions to scale and expand our footprint. Our mission is to provide accessible, high-quality, and medically sound vein care in a modern outpatient setting in order to improve the quality of life for as many patients as possible. We have built the clinical foundation and the operational infrastructure to scale. Now we need to build the commercial engine that matches our ambition. The Opportunity You will own and scale NHG's end-to-end growth engine across markets. That means defining how NHG attracts patients across every country we operate in - and building the function capable of delivering that at scale. What You'll Own

• Full patient acquisition across all markets - channel strategy, media investment, CAC, and conversion. You set the targets and you own the results
• Brand positioning and creative direction across NHG's local brands
• A content and digital presence that generates patient trust and drives conversion
• The growth infrastructure: attribution, CRM, performance reporting, and the analytical foundation to make confident investment decisions

Success Criteria - First 12 Months

• Measurable improvement in patient acquisition - lead volume, CAC, or conversion - with clear attribution
• A coherent brand architecture with consistent execution standards across markets
• A scalable performance marketing infrastructure in place
• A clear marketing strategy supporting NHG's next expansion markets

Who You Are You have owned marketing - not managed it. You have built a growth function from scratch, carried real commercial accountability, and have the results to prove it. You think in funnels and conversion. You are also someone who:

• Takes ownership instinctively - when something isn't working, you fix it.
• Is genuinely better at building than optimising. You are energised by early stages, not steady state.
• Holds yourself to commercial standards - you know your numbers and you are honest about what's working.
• Operates well in a lean, fast-moving organisation
• Is fluent in English
