Head of Growth at Digip Stockholm [or remote within the EU] · Full time Trademark law still mostly runs on hourly bills, email chains and spreadsheets nobody quite trusts. We're a law firm that decided to build its own software instead, and today we look after more than 10,000 trademarks for 700+ clients across 190+ jurisdictions, with about 20 people and fixed prices. The legal work and the technology are in place, and what we haven't built yet is a growth engine to match them. That's where you come in. Why this job? Most growth roles come with a budget, a brand guide and an agency to brief. This one comes with a phone, a list of companies and law firms we'd love to work with, a CEO who answers within the hour, and the freedom to build whatever gets the right general counsel to say yes to breakfast. You'll run our outbound, host the breakfasts, dinners and webinars where prospects get to know us, and turn our clients' stories into the proof that wins the next deal. You'll build the AI workflows that let you run all of it at a pace that would normally take a team, and every Monday you'll see the result in a number the whole firm cares about. What's in it for you? You'll work directly with the founders and with a legal team that closes the doors you open. • You've owned a pipeline number in B2B, where deals take months and a committee decides.
• You've filled a room with the right people one invitation at a time, and you enjoyed doing it.
• You build with AI yourself, from API calls to quality checks.
• You can sit down with a client, get the real story out of them, and write it up so a general counsel reads to the end.
