Head of Growth & Commercial Product to SF Anytime

Close to one million film lovers already choose SF Anytime. Your job: make them come back for more. We are looking for a hands-on Head of Growth & Commercial Product who wants to build our retention engine and the team behind it. Who We Are SF Anytime, part of SF Studios, is a leading video-on-demand service across the Nordics and Baltics. We offer the world’s largest movie library with more than 15,000 films and series, from the latest Hollywood releases to local Nordic favourites, both directly to viewers and through operator partnerships. With the acquisition of Blockbuster Denmark, we are now accelerating growth and bringing our services together across markets. We have close to one million active users, strong studio relationships and a proven customer acquisition engine. Now we are building the other half of the equation: a data-driven retention and growth engine that turns one-time buyers into loyal, returning customers. That’s where you come in. What You Will Step Into You will own the customer experience, from the moment a user lands on our platform to the moment they come back for more. Your mission: grow revenue from our existing customers. You own the storefront, the marketing automation system, all customer communication and our commercial product experiences across web, app and TV. This is a hands-on leadership role in a small team. It requires strategic thinking in combination with an operational approach: running pricing tests, optimising conversion and driving experiments, while setting the direction and moving the team forward. You will be part of SF Anytime’s management team, reporting directly to the EVP & General Manager. You will partner closely with our CTO and platform teams as the commercial and customer voice in product development. The role is based in our office in Hagastaden, Stockholm. What You Will Own

• Lead and build up a high-performing cross-functional team with number of transactions per user and repurchase rate as your north star.
• Own the end-to-end user journey on all platforms, including all customer communication and the marketing automation system.
• Set the direction together with our marketing automation specialists to optimise segmentation, lifecycle flows and personalised messaging that drive repurchase and transactions per customer.
• Drive conversion and UX optimisation together with Marketing and Acquisition, turning visitors into buyers and buyers into regulars.
• Lead structured experiments and testing on pricing and campaign logic, using AI and data.
• Lead and set the commercial product roadmap in close collaboration with the CTO.

• Extensive experience in digital growth and e-commerce, with a proven track record of growing revenue from existing customers.
• Hands-on experience in a product growth role, for example as Growth Product Manager, Conversion Manager or Product Manager, owning the storefront and the end-to-end buyer journey together with marketing, engineers and designers.
• Background in marketing automation, conversion rate optimisation, experimentation and customer lifecycle management.
• Experience as a product owner or commercial counterpart to an engineering team.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams, ideally cross-functional, with clear goals and KPIs.
• Fluency in Swedish and English.
