We're looking for a Head of Group Accounting & Reporting to own group accounting, consolidation, external reporting, and complex accounting matters. This senior, hands-on role suits an experienced functional lead or an accomplished specialist ready to take ownership. Working closely with the CFO, Finance, and management team, you'll have real influence over how the Finance function evolves in an entrepreneurial culture that values initiative. What you’ll do As Head of Group Accounting & Reporting, you'll be Brocc's senior functional owner and expert in group accounting and financial reporting. You'll own consolidation, external reporting, and complex accounting matters, and advise the CFO and wider organisation. The role centres on functional leadership and clear ownership; people management may be included but is not required. We also welcome candidates who prefer a specialist role. As Brocc grows, you'll help build efficient processes, high quality, and robust reporting. In practice, you'll:

• Independently perform, own, and develop the group's end-to-end consolidation process
• Own final quality assurance for external financial reporting, annual reports, and interim reports
• Act as Brocc's senior expert on IFRS and complex accounting matters, offering clear conclusions and practical guidance
• Lead accounting assessments for acquisitions, restructurings, new SPVs, asset and loan portfolio transfers, and group structure changes
• Ensure quality reporting for audits, Board and management reviews, and independently lead complex accounting discussions with external auditors
• Provide specialist support on regulatory reporting
• Contribute to developing the group's reporting processes, routines, and internal controls
• Work with the CFO and Finance team to build efficient ways of working, clarify responsibilities, and improve processes
• Handle ongoing ad hoc questions from the CFO and management team

Who you are You're an experienced, hands-on leader or senior specialist in group accounting, consolidation, and financial reporting who thrives in a fast-changing organisation. You've repeatedly owned and delivered these processes and can take responsibility from day one. You enjoy building processes and structures, improving ways of working, and finding opportunities in challenges. More specifically, you bring:

• Extensive hands-on experience independently performing and owning group consolidation, IFRS accounting, and external reporting in a complex group
• Experience in a niche bank, fintech, credit institution, or another regulated financial business is strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of complex international group and transaction structures, and ability to lead complex accounting discussions with auditors and other external stakeholders
• A hands-on, analytical, quality-focused mindset, combining senior judgement with a willingness to do the work yourself
• Down-to-earth, collaborative, and motivated by making a real difference
• Fluent in Swedish and English, spoken and written
• Driven to help build something long-term, rather than simply maintain what already exists
• Experience with NetSuite or another modern ERP system, regulatory reporting, PE-backed or acquisitive companies, or income tax calculations is a plus
