Increase Global Mobility's strategic contribution and visibility across the organization. - If you've worked in a role where you've moved talent globally, adapted mobility policies and partnered with Talent teams, you'll feel at home here. Life on the team You'll join Reward within the LEGO Group, helping create the frameworks that attract, retain and develop talent. You'll help people grow and build an inclusive team where collaboration, change leadership and succession planning are part of everyday work. What success looks like Over the next 12–18 months, you'll help deepen the connection between Global Mobility and International Employee Experience while advancing automation, AI and future-ready capabilities. You'll work closely with other centers of expertise, Finance, Tax, external vendors, immigration partners and local people teams.
