What you'll do
Salt is currently hiring a Head of Finance/IT manager for a client of ours in Goltand. This is a 6 month contract. Head of Finance & IT Lead the Finance & IT function across three group companies, managing a team of 10 professionals responsible for accounting, controlling, invoicing, and IT services. As a member of the executive leadership team, you will drive business transformation initiatives, support digitalization and information security, and ensure effective financial governance and operational excellence. Key Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience within Finance, IT, or shared services functions.
- Strong background in financial management, controlling, and business support processes.
- Experience leading organizational change and process improvement in complex environments.
- Good understanding of IT systems, digital transformation, and information security.
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience.
Location: Hybrid role with on-site presence in Gotland required at least 2 days per week.
