We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Head of Finance & Accounting to take overall responsibility for the company's financial operations, accounting, and reporting across the group and its international subsidiaries. You will work closely with the founders and management team, combining day-to-day financial operations with strategic financial planning, analysis, and business support. Key Responsibilities:

• Accounting & Group Reporting
• Oversee daily bookkeeping (Fortnox), reconciliations, supplier invoices, payments, payroll, and financial administration.
• Manage monthly and annual closing, financial statements, and consolidated group reporting, including international subsidiaries.
• Handle intercompany transactions, foreign currencies, and coordination with auditors and external advisors.
• International VAT & Tax Compliance
• Manage Swedish VAT, UK VAT, EU OSS VAT, US sales tax, and other applicable international tax requirements.
• Ensure compliance with cross-border transactions, imports, exports, and relevant tax regulations.
• Financial Management & Analysis
• Develop budgets, forecasts, financial models, and management reporting.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, profitability, costs, and financial performance across markets and sales channels.
• Provide financial insights and support management with purchasing, investment, and strategic decisions.
• E-commerce, Retail & Inventory
• Oversee financial reporting and reconciliation across e-commerce, retail, payment providers, and accounting systems.
• Manage inventory accounting, stock valuation, cost of goods sold, and margin analysis.
• Financial Systems & Development
• Take ownership of Fortnox and ensure accurate and efficient accounting processes.
• Improve financial reporting, internal controls, system integrations, and automation to support international growth.

About You: We are looking for a structured, analytical, and independent finance professional who is equally comfortable with hands-on accounting and strategic financial management. Requirements:

• Several years of experience in a senior accounting or finance role.
• Strong knowledge of Swedish accounting standards, taxation, and financial reporting.
• Proven experience in group accounting and consolidation of international subsidiaries.
• Experience with international VAT / Sales Tax and cross-border transactions.
• Strong financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical skills.
• Strong proficiency in Fortnox and advanced Excel skills.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in international e-commerce, retail, fashion, or consumer goods.
• Knowledge of inventory accounting, stock valuation, and multi-currency operations.
• Experience with Shopify, POS systems, and financial process automation.
