Head of Engineering

We are looking for a Head of Engineering to lead the engineering vertical (Process Engineers, Maintenance, Automation) and drive technical efficiency, operational stability, and continuous development of engineering solutions. The ideal candidate is a strategic engineering leader with experience managing teams and delivering complex industrial projects, capable of combining technical expertise with operational performance.
