Head of Digital Advice & Discretionary Portfolio Management (DPM)

In Brief As Head of Digital Advice & DPM, you will take commercial and product ownership of Nordnet’s digital wealth management strategy. Working directly with the Chief Wealth Management Officer and the Area Product Owner, you will translate strategic ambitions into business results and high-impact digital products. In this role, you will collaborate closely with a dedicated tech team to bring our next-generation advisory and DPM capabilities to market across the Nordics. While initially driving strategic and cross-functional alignment across product, tech, and business units, this role is designed for long-term growth. As the Advice & DPM business expands, you will have the opportunity to take on formal managerial responsibility, shaping both the operational roadmap and the leadership structure of the department. This is Part of the Role

• Drive Business Ownership: Take overall ownership of commercial strategy, positioning, product development, and P&L outcomes for Advice & DPM, and initiatives.
• Lead & Build the Department: Provide daily functional direction to cross-functional teams now, while preparing to recruit and managerially lead the Advice & DPM team in the next phase.
• Executive & Product Alignment: Partner closely with the Chief Wealth Management Officer on strategic direction while collaborating daily with the Area Product Owner to prioritize feature roadmaps.
• Partner with Tech Teams: Work seamlessly alongside a dedicated tech team to build and scale features linked to Guidance, Advice and DPM.
• Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Collaborate with Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams to maintain alignment with MiFID II advisory standards, suitability rules, and local Nordic frameworks.
• Deliver Growth & Impact: Deliver on customer performance by launching digital-first tools that increase net savings, capture external wallet share, and boost overall engagement.

This is You

• Solid experience as a Business Owner, Commercial Lead, or Senior Product Manager within wealth management, fintech, or digital banking.
• Proven ability to lead and align cross-functional teams in a matrix setup, with the readiness and drive to step into a formal line management role.
• Strong background working alongside cross-functional tech teams, product owners, and executive leadership.
• Deep understanding of MiFID II advisory regulations, DPM frameworks, and investment compliance.
• Commercial and analytical mindset with a strong focus on driving revenue, customer growth, and product adoption.
• Relevant degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Finance.
• Swedsec license
