What you'll do

MetaCompliance · Stockholm (hybrid) · Reports to VP Group Customer Operations & International Expansion (UK) The context in short MetaCompliance is the leading European Cyber Security Awareness platform - on an ambitious growth journey, backed by Keensight Capital. Recently acquired, Junglemap, the brand Swedish customers know and love, is now coming together with MetaCompliance's wider Nordic customer base under one portfolio, and you own that transition. The combined customer base makes this the group's second-largest territory after the UK and Ireland. And it doesn't exist as its own build yet — you help shape it. Yours to build You'll take on MetaCompliance's combined 1,500-strong Nordic customer base — including 1,000+ customers who already love Junglemap. Your job is to bring them together into one well-run portfolio, without losing what makes Junglemap customers happy along the way. Nine CSMs report to you. You set the direction, coach, and step into the tough renewals yourself — building the structure this portfolio needs: regular health assessments, clear reporting, and a way of working that scales instead of depending on individual heroics. Leveraging the group's best-in-class CS processes and technology, it will be up to you to shape the CS function for the Nordics. Digital scale, not more hands With 1,000+ customers in the Nordic portfolio, we can't run 1:1 customer success on all of them. Digital strategy isn't a nice-to-have here — it is a key element of our scaling Customer Success operation. And ideally you already have AI in your toolkit: not just familiarity with it, but real use of it to scale customer work without losing quality. The role also asks for something harder to teach You will form a key part of our bridge between Stockholm, the UK headquarters and our offices around Europe — helping us to be one team with a well-aligned approach to Customer Success, adapted and optimised for the Nordics. Who we believe in

  • 5–8 years in Customer Success within SaaS, with the last 3–4 years in a leadership role — not ten years of experience, but enough to have made your own calls and stood behind them
  • Background from a company around 150–500 employees and €20–50m ARR — mature enough to understand structure, small enough to have done the job yourself
  • Experience from a PE-backed environment counts for a lot. You're used to not always having every resource you'd like
  • Nordic cultural and linguistic roots, with experience working in or with an international organisation. Swedish & English essential, Norwegian is a strong plus
  • Data-driven, commercially minded, comfortable with health scores, adoption and engagement metrics

Background in cybersecurity, HR tech or edtech is a plus. Not a requirement. What you get A genuine Head of mandate from day one, a team to build on, and a portfolio on track to become the group's second largest. Direct reporting to the VP Group Customer Operations & International Expansion, regular dialogue with UK leadership, and a seat in the global customer leadership group. Office-led in Stockholm, regular travel to colleagues in Oslo and Copenhagen, and quarterly visits to Group HQ. The process An initial conversation, a case task with plenty of time to work on it, an in-depth interview with CS leadership, and a final stage where leadership comes to Sweden. Straightforward — no one sits waiting in a long queue without feedback. Sound like your next challenge, or know someone who fits?
