Role snapshot
About The Role Alongside Uber Eats, we are launching Uber Direct in Denmark. Uber Direct is our white-label delivery service that enables merchants to offer fast, same-day delivery from their own websites, apps, or stores — with no need for customers to use the Uber app. You will own the initial GTM commercial strategy (pipeline creation and sales) for the market. As we launch our first merchants, you will then transition to also focus on scaling our merchants’ operations and driving long-term commercial health of our partnerships. You will be the vital link that translates high-level digital strategy into scalable, on-the-ground delivery operations. Success here requires intrinsic drive to solve tough problems and the ability to influence and align stakeholders with competing priorities. You must stay steady under pressure, using data to navigate ambiguity and drive results for your partners. You will build deep expertise in the local delivery ecosystem and help define the standard for how the Danish market experiences on-demand last mile delivery. What You'll Deliver As the first Uber Direct hire in Denmark, you will be responsible for:
This is the ideal role for someone with a strategic mindset coupled with next-level sales and account management skills and an operational curiosity. You will have the rare opportunity to launch a market from scratch, pilot new features, operating models, and commercial structures, which can be playbooked and scaled across Uber. What You Bring To The Table
