• take a key role in setting and realising strategies for our portfolio companies, working closely together with companies’ management teams and boards
• support companies in strategic improvement initiatives in multiple areas, e.g. pricing, go to market, positioning, etc. while keeping track of business performance
• regularly run commercial due diligence for platform as well as add-on investments
• work with diverse, smart colleagues with decades of experience in growing software companies

About You If you’re the right candidate for us, we think you have this background:

• A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Management Consultant or in PE – providing a CDD toolbox
• Any experience in e.g. a product, finance, strategy or M&A function at a company is a bonus
• Experience / exposure towards tech firms is a bonus
• Strong project management and organization skills, attention to details, ability to prioritize and manage multiple and competing demands in timely and professional manner
• Analytical with basic understanding of accounting and strong experience with Excel and PowerPoint while also using AI tools on a daily basis
• Fluent in Swedish and English, verbal and written (other languages a bonus)
• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or similar
