Growth & CRM Executive

Noteless builds an AI scribe that writes clinical notes for doctors, so they can spend their time on patients instead of paperwork. We are growing fast across Europe and are looking for a sharp, ambitious person to own our CRM and lifecycle marketing and help drive our growth. You will start by running our CRM for 12 months while our CRM & Customer Intelligence Manager is on leave. Our aim is to keep you after that. As the company and the marketing team grow, we will work with you to shape a permanent role around what you are best at. What You Will Do

• Own day-to-day CRM and lifecycle marketing across all our markets, and use it to grow activation, retention and reactivation
• Build and improve the journeys and automations that turn new sign-ups into active users, from onboarding to reactivation
• Run campaigns end to end, from segmentation and testing to launch and reporting on what worked
• Keep our customer data clean and our lead routing working, so the rest of the company can trust it
• Work directly with Marketing, Growth and Customer Success, and solve problems as they come up

what we are looking for

• A bachelor’s degree (minimum 3 years) in marketing, business, engineering or a similar field. A master’s is a strong plus.
• Around 2 years of experience in growth, CRM, lifecycle marketing, marketing automation or digital marketing
• Experience with HubSpot, Customer.io or similar tools is a strong plus
• Analytical and comfortable working with customer and campaign data
• Structured, detail-oriented and quick to learn new tools
• Someone who takes ownership and gets things done without being chased
• Strong written and spoken English and Norwegian or Danish
