Group Finance BI Specialist

We are looking for a BI Specialist within Group Finance who combines strong analytical capabilities within digitalization and data-driven financial management. You will become part of a highly skilled and engaged finance team and take on a key role with significant influence across the broader finance function. Working closely with Group Finance and local Finance Managers across the world, you will contribute to the continued development of financial management and performance reporting across our business areas. You will play a central role in our digital transformation journey, with a strong focus on maintaining and enhancing our reporting and consolidation platform called VENA. You will also be instrumental in advancing the use of Power-BI and AI within the finance function, helping to strengthen data-driven decision-making and improve the quality and accessibility of financial insights. Your main responsibilities As our Group Finance BI Specialist your main responsibilities will be:

• Drive the development and continuous improvement of financial consolidation in VENA, management reporting, dashboards, and KPI frameworks.
• Become Group Finance IT-Specialist within Vena, Power-BI etc.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across reporting processes and systems including IT documentation
• Transform financial and operational data into actionable insights that support decision-making across the organization.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting processes from a technical perspecitiv.
• Participate in preparation and update of financial guidelines (Standard operating Procedures within Digitalization, IT user guides etc.)
• Key stakeholder for implementing the digitalization strategy in Group Finance
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the Makeen Group to develop Business Intelligence solutions to enhance transparency, performance management, and financial oversight.

Your profile We expect you to have:

• Master's Degree in Finance, Economics or a related field
• Experience in within Accounting and Management Reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively with large data sets
• Experience within Finance digitalisation, e.g. SQL/Excel VBA/Macros/Power-BI etc.
• Experience with Financial consolidation would be an advantage but not a requirement
• Fluent in English (Danish is a plus), with strong writing skills.
