Greenhouse & Berry Farm Workers – 2 Positions in Norway (Couple or Friends)

We are looking for 2 motivated and responsible workers (a couple or two friends) to join a berry farm in Steinkjer, Norway. This is a mixed position combining hands-on farm work, berry picking and production management responsibilities. The farm mainly produces strawberries and raspberries in greenhouses. Location: Steinkjer, Norway (Trondheim area) Start Date: 10 March 2027 End Date: 20 October 2027 Job Responsibilities - Planting and caring for strawberry and raspberry plants. - Berry picking, harvesting and sorting fruits. - Performing general greenhouse and farm work. - Organising and planning daily greenhouse production. - Supervising and coordinating approximately 13 seasonal berry pickers. - Assigning tasks and checking workers' performance. - Monitoring harvesting, production and quality. - Assisting with cleaning, maintenance and other daily farm duties. Important: This is a hands-on position. Both workers will participate in regular farm tasks, including berry picking, alongside their organisational and supervisory responsibilities. Requirements - Previous experience in greenhouse work, berry farming or agriculture is an advantage. - Experience supervising workers is preferred. - Good English communication skills. - Responsible, organised, flexible and hardworking. - At least one applicant must have a driving licence that allows them to operate a tractor. - Willingness to perform both physical farm work and supervisory tasks. - Couples or two friends applying together are welcome. Salary and Accommodation - Salary: 190–200 NOK per hour. - Accommodation: Private apartment for two people. - Rent: 150 NOK per day in total for both workers. - Working period: 10 March – 20 October 2027. - Possibility of approximately one week off during the season, depending on production needs.
