Graduates to join our Stockholm office in the autumn of 2027

We’re currently looking for talented people with creative minds and cutting-edge skills, who will be graduating in the Summer of 2027, to join our Stockholm team in the Autumn of 2027. What you’ll do As a management consultant at our Stockholm office, you’ll be joining a vibrant team representing several areas of expertise. To be a perfect match, it helps if you have a genuine interest in deepening your knowledge and skills in operations strategy, people strategy and leadership development, as well as strategic execution and acceleration – all areas we work extensively with in Stockholm. Your role will be diverse, but will broadly focus on:

• Helping clients identify and implement solutions to critical business problems
• Developing and driving strategy processes at the corporate, business unit, and functional levels
• Tackling complex problems and conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses
• Designing, envisioning, and testing innovative solutions, and communicating results and recommendations convincingly and in a highly structured manner
• Facilitating change processes, interactions, and workshops to engage and co-create with key stakeholders in global organisations

Our projects span a wide range of industries and markets, and include everything from manufacturing, retail, and service companies to government organisations and municipalities. What you’ll bring We’re looking for people who are set to graduate in the summer of 2027, with a Master’s degree in engineering, supply chain management, business and economics, strategic management or finance and with excellent academic results to show for it. On top of that, the right candidates:

• Have strong analytical skills
• Have the ability to maintain a holistic view while at the same time being nerdy about a specific topic
• Have great communication skills and are fluent in written and spoken English (a Nordic language is preferred but not required)
• Enjoy working with people and have the ability and desire to facilitate dialogue and train others
• Appreciate a flat organisation where teamwork and results beat hierarchy
