Global Product Manager - Continuous Rotation

As Global Product Manager for Continuous Rotation, you will define and drive the strategy, growth, and innovation roadmap for one of our most important product portfolios. Working closely with customers, Customer Centres, R&D, suppliers, and business stakeholders around the world, you will identify market opportunities, translate customer needs into winning solutions, and guide products from concept through launch and lifecycle management. A key part of this role will be helping shape the future of intelligent bolting by leading the development of next-generation battery, electric, software-enabled, and connected solutions. You will challenge conventional approaches, explore emerging technologies, and help deliver innovations that transform productivity, safety, traceability, and sustainability for our customers. Reporting to the Global Marketing Manager, you will act as the global business leader for the Continuous Rotation portfolio, balancing strategic vision with commercial execution to deliver sustainable growth and long-term customer value. Your day-to-day

• Define and execute the global product development strategy and roadmap for the Continuous Rotation portfolio.
• Drive the development and launch of innovative next generation battery, electric, and connected bolting solutions.
• Partner with customers and sales organizations to understand market needs and identify growth opportunities.
• Translate customer insights into clear product requirements and business cases.
• Develop value propositions, sales tools, and marketing collateral supporting the customer centre activities.
• Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to deliver differentiated solutions that create measurable customer value.
• Lead portfolio lifecycle management, including pricing, positioning, profitability, and product evolution.
• Champion software integration, connectivity, and digital solutions that enhance the customer experience.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging technologies to identify future opportunities.
• Act as the global subject matter expert and strategic business driver for the Continuous Rotation portfolio in the Smart Field team.

Your skills and experience

• Knowledge of Atlas Copco systems, processes, and business culture.
• Experience within industrial bolting, assembly, energy, manufacturing, or heavy industrial applications.
• Understanding of IoT, cloud platforms, digital ecosystems, and data-driven services.
• Experience working with battery-powered or electric industrial tools.

Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or equivalent professional experience. - This is more than a traditional product management position.
