Global Process & Strategy (GPS) Manager 📍 Sola (Stavanger), Norway | 🕒 Full-time | Fixed Term Role Summary CHC Helicopter Service AS is seeking an experienced and driven Global Process & Strategy (GPS) Manager to join our team in Sola. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping how CHC operates and grows globally. As part of the Global Process & Strategy Team, you will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact strategic initiatives, drive business transformation, and improve operational performance across the organisation. In this highly visible role, you will help define growth strategies, lead process improvement and digitisation initiatives, and support data-driven decision-making across the business. You will act as a trusted advisor, coach, and change champion, helping teams turn ideas into practical solutions that deliver measurable business value. Responsibilities will vary depending on business initiatives and may include

• Own the production of core weekly governance documents and analytics.
• Prepare for weekly Initiative Owner and Steering Committee meetings.
• Support initiative owners with business justification and improvement plans.
• Act as the first point of contact for initiative owners requiring support to drive initiatives forward.
• Facilitate problem-solving with initiative owners and workstream leads to drive improvement.
• Champion adherence to transformation principles and tools.
• Use a challenger mindset to break down roadblocks, align decisions, and coordinate solutions between sponsors and workstreams.
• Identify processes with high potential for digitisation and support the business with relevant RFPs.
• Act as a sounding board for leadership and the Transformation Office in preparation for key working sessions and presentations.
• Mentor CHC functional teams based on analytical insights and research.
• Coordinate regional new user training delivery, including business rules, Wave processes and new features.
• Support project change management activities, including training and communication plans, risk assessments and project management.
• Create content to support education on new features, business rules and processes.
• Distribute invitations and maintain training attendance and effectiveness records.
• Facilitate process improvement workshops, process mapping and root cause analysis.
• Work with business leaders to create and improve KPI reports and dashboards.
• Support data-driven decision making across the business by helping to define reporting requirements, data sources and processes.

The ideal candidate will possess

• Minimum 5-10 years of relevant business experience in areas such as business transformation, process reengineering, quantitative analysis, or project management.
• A proven track record of delivering high-impact business results and driving measurable improvements.
• Experience leading teams through operational turnaround initiatives, large-scale change programs, or significant business transformation.
• Proven leadership capability, with the confidence, resilience, and influence required to drive initiatives across multiple business functions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organisation, including senior leadership.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to challenge existing practices, remove roadblocks, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Experience working within a global, complex, dynamic, and multicultural business environment.
• Strong knowledge of analytical and reporting tools, including Microsoft Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Teams, Copilot, and project management platforms.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and handle sensitive and confidential information.
• A proactive, hands-on approach, with high energy, adaptability, and a commitment to achieving results in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally up to 50% of the time.
