Global Partner Relations Intern

Role Description As a Global Partner Relations Intern, you will play an active role in identifying, researching, and sourcing new partnership opportunities with universities, student organizations, and other talent communities. You will support outreach initiatives, coordinate partner campaigns, and assist with relationship management and project administration across global markets. Key Responsibilities What You'll Do - Identify, research, and qualify new partnership opportunities with universities, student organizations, talent platforms, and other strategic partners. - Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective partners through market research, lead generation, and prospect qualification. - Support partnership outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels to engage prospective partners. - Coordinate introductory meetings and support the Partner Relations team throughout the partnership development and onboarding process. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date partner and prospect information in the CRM to ensure a high-quality sales pipeline. - Assist in preparing partnership proposals, presentations, promotional materials, and outreach campaigns. - Support the execution, tracking, and analysis of partnership campaigns by monitoring engagement and identifying new business opportunities. - Collaborate with Marketing, Analytics, and Legal teams to support partner acquisition initiatives and optimize campaign performance. What You Bring - Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, International Relations, or a related field. - Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. - Ambitious, proactive, detail-oriented, performance-driven, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, international environment. - Native-level proficiency in at least one of the following languages: English, German, French, Italian, Finnish, or Norwegian, with professional working proficiency in English. - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word). - Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently.
