Global Career Made Real
Are you ready to shape the future of a global business – and accelerate your own?
We’re looking for bold, curious, high‑performing master’s graduates who want to grow into tomorrow’s international leaders at Hilti.
Outperformer is our flagship global leadership development programme – a fast paced, immersive, two year journey designed to stretch your thinking, build your capabilities, and give you real responsibility from day one.
This is where your potential becomes real and plays a key role in achieving our purpose of Making Construction Better.
What You'll Do
As an Outperformer, you’ll rotate through diverse roles and teams across our business, both locally and internationally. You’ll learn from experienced senior leaders, work on high impact projects, and grow through intentional coaching and mentoring – all while gaining a deep understanding of Hilti’s customer focused business model.
You Can Choose From Two Tracks
The Business track has 4 rotations:
- 12 months as an Account Manager or Field Engineer in Sweden – owning customer relationships and seeing our products and solutions come to life.
- 3 months on an operational project in the Swedish HQ across areas like marketing, engineering, HR, logistics or finance.
- 6 months on a strategic regional project at our Regional Headquarters in Manchester.
- 3 months on an international assignment outside Northern Europe.
The Finance Track Has 4 Rotations
- 12 months as an Account Manager in Sweden.
- 3 months on a local finance project at the Swedish HQ.
- 6 months in Controlling & Reporting in Northern Europe.
- 3 months on an international finance project outside Northern Europe.
Whichever track you choose, every rotation is designed to give you confidence, skills, and a global mindset.
What You’ll Bring
We see that:
- You’ve graduated within 2 years of your application, or you’re preparing to graduate in 2027, with a master’s degree.
- Your degree is relevant to the track you're applying to – for the Business Track we’re looking for business management, marketing, business economics, or similar. For the Finance Track we’re looking for a degree in finance, economics, or similar.
- You have at least 3 months of international experience – working, studying, or volunteering abroad. You also might have worked in an international company with heavy international collaboration.
- You have less than 2 years of full-time professional experience.
- Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken, is a mandatory requirement.
- You’re curious and committed, a flexible team player with excellent communication and social skills. You’re a global thinker, interested in general management topics, keen on intercultural experiences and opportunities working abroad.
- You hold a full manual Swedish driving license.
What’s In It for You
Show us your potential, and we’ll give you a once-in-a-lifetime development experience.
You’ll Receive
- A permanent contract from day one.
- International opportunities and exposure to senior leadership.
- Continuous coaching, mentoring, and tailored development.
Alongside all that, you will also be a part of a series of world class learning experiences:
