We collect and register the personal information you have given in this questionnaire. Thereafter, we will potentially collect and register additional information about your skills from references and social media in order to evaluate your competences and experience for the position in question. Subsequently, you may be asked to fill out a personality profile and/or a video as a part of the process. Based on this information, we will develop a profile which we register and store for a period of 6 months. The purpose of the abovementioned processing of your personal data is to evaluate your qualifications in relation to the specific position at the company/organisation you have applied for, as well as in relation to any future vacancies. The information you have given in the questionnaire may be subject to automated decision-making. The logic behind this decision will be based on objective criteria, which makes it possible to identify applicants with the desired qualifications. As part of the assessment, your documents (e.g. CV and application) may be analysed using artificial intelligence (AI) for the purpose of generating insights to support the assessment. The AI analysis is used as a supporting tool and does not make independent decisions — the final assessment is always carried out with human involvement. The processing may involve the transfer of your information to third countries outside the EU/EEA, based on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. This role is your first step into making global fashion better, from the inside. What you’ll actually do

• Work with different teams to bring fashion products from sketch to store
• Manage orders, samples, and supplier relationships (using ERP systems)
• Travel to Far East (~50-60 days/year) to meet factories and build trust
• Negotiate timelines and pricing, and keep production moving smoothly

Who you are

• Fluent in Polish (mandatory) and have a good communication skills in English
• Applicants must be eligible to work in Denmark through EU/EEA citizenship or existing work authorization. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
